This policy explains, in plain language, which information may be processed when you browse NEMIA TOOLS, use one of its online tools or contact the site by email.

Browsing and technical data

NEMIA TOOLS can be visited without creating an account. The site does not currently offer user profiles, newsletter subscriptions or personalised advertising. As with most websites, the hosting service and API infrastructure may generate technical logs containing information such as the IP address, date and time of a request, requested page, browser details and error data. These logs may be used to deliver the service, protect it from abuse and diagnose technical problems.

Usage statistics

Google Analytics is loaded only after explicit consent through the banner. When accepted, it may collect aggregated information about site usage and set the statistical cookies _ga and _ga_*. Advertising storage and ad personalisation remain disabled.

Information entered in the tools

Some tools send only the values needed for the requested operation to the first-party API at api.nemiatools.com; others, such as the color converter, run directly in the browser. Avoid entering an existing password, private key, personal data, confidential document or other sensitive information. Tool inputs are not used by the site for behavioural advertising or profiling.

Email contacts

If you write to the address shown in the Contacts section, the site may receive your email address, your name if you provide it, the contents of the message and any attachments. This information is used to read and answer the request, handle a report or discuss a proposed collaboration; it is not added to a marketing mailing list.

Retention and privacy requests

Messages are kept only for as long as reasonably needed to manage the conversation or meet applicable legal and security requirements. Technical logs may be retained according to the operating and security needs of the hosting and API services. Where applicable, you may ask for access, correction, deletion or restriction of personal data by using the email address in the Contacts section.

NEMIA TOOLS uses first-party essential cookies to remember preferences. Google Analytics and its statistical cookies are enabled only after acceptance in the banner; advertising or profiling cookies are not used.

Managing cookies

You can change your choice at any time through the “Cookie settings” link in the footer or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you reject, Google Analytics is not loaded and the selected language may not be remembered.
